The rules for Ewige Sorge are fairly simple...

1) You are not a god, you are a simple human.
2) You cannot kill another player, though you can kill yourself...
3) If your character should happen to die (hee), you may create another character.
4) Posts are atleast 2 times a week, and a major plot-moving post will occur every Monday and/or Thursday.
5) If you go away for a weekend or so, please tell me!
6) Though this game is very graphic please try and keep things to minor curses and whatnot. IE: instead of saying F^ck you!, say, Screw You, or something.
7) Have fun ^_^

Please include the following in every post:
Character Name
Items
(if you are talking to a PC or NPC, before the quote use "[" and "]", like: [Wolgang-Alberta])

Also, since this game does have an ending and has some very major plot twists and turns, there will be a certain... chose your own element placed. If you are grouped with the rest of the PC's I will wait for responses from each member, but if its solo I will obviously respond ASAP. These occur mostly in heavy action sequences, and and some time, decide who (when grouped) kills a major enemy.

An example is this...

"The group walks into the darkened alleyway. Their senses flaring, they know something is watching them though they only see shadows. A feelingof helplessness engulfs them like a tidal wave. What was that sound? The slow moving, shuffling sound? Was that metal that just clanked? Was that a groan or just the wind? Suddenly, a blade the size of a dumpster hurls down the alleyway...

>a. dodge left.
>b. dodge right.
>c. jump.
>d. duck.
>e. do nothing.

*in some instances, should a player have a key item that would get them out of a situation, that will also be an option the the PC's name in "( )"

Now, the playes would respond their respective answers (with quotes or whathave you...) and then I would respond...

"Alberta dodge to the left, Gary dodged tot he right, though forgot their was a trashcan there and knocked his shins. Sarah ducked and quickly grabbed Gary to pull him down, though he suffered a sligh wound to the arm. Finally, Bob jumped. His legs fell to the ground, his body shortly following...

 

And so thats how a post of a choose your own would go, though in the game there someone MORE realistic ~_^
